Problem: Settings changed in the Item test layover are ignored for SNMPv3 items.

Reproduce:

Create host, with snmpv3 interface and all credentials and such.
On this host create 1 item just to confirm everything is working.
Go back to host configuration, change the password or username, or whatever to break the monitoring. After some time, SNMP icon becomes red with error: "Timeout while connecting to "<IP>".

Now, go into the SNMP item, click on test, confirm things are not working and change the password/username/whatever to the working setup.

Result: "Timeout while connecting to "<IP>".

Expected result: Changes in the test layover/modal must be taken in account while testing, otherwise it's better to get rid of all those settings there...
