Steps to reproduce:

1. setup server to receive and process SNMP traps.
2. setup host in server configuration.
3. set host to send traps to server and generate test trap.{}
4. change host to be monitored by proxy.
5. generate test trap on host, which will be sent to server. server will not process trap.{}
