Items with custom on fail in preprocessing keep storing duplicate values

      Items that have in preprocessing Custom on Fail: Discard value, followed by Discard Unchanged, keep getting duplicate values if the Custom on Fail did work. This despite having the Discard Unchanged.

      I was expecting no duplicate values. Should I do this in a different way, of is this a bug?
