Zabbix server health template in 5.4 contains HA cluster related LLD

      in Zabbix 5.4.10rc1 template "Zabbix server health" contains master item "Zabbix stats cluster" and dependent discovery rule: "High availability cluster node discovery".
      Zabbix High availability cluster is available only starting from Zabbix 6.0 version, therefore this discovery rule is useless.
