      Steps to reproduce:

      1. git clone https://github.com/zabbix/zabbix-docker.git --branch trunk .
      2. docker-compose -f docker-compose_v3_alpine_mysql_latest.yaml up -d zabbix-web-nginx-mysql zabbix-server mysql-server
      3. Create host in frontend with the "Windows network by Zabbix agent" template
      4. OS Windows RUS with zabbix-agent 5.0.16rc1, 5.4.5rc1, 6.0.0alpha2 and newer
      5. OS network interfaces with Cyrillic names
