Steps to reproduce:

1. Clone Zabbix git repository
2. Import templates/app/http_service/template_app_http_service.yaml
3. Try to import templates/app/ftp_service/template_app_ftp_service.yaml

Result:
Import failed.
"Cannot update trigger "FTP service is down on {HOST.NAME}": trigger with linkages cannot be moved to another template or host."

Expected:
Import succeeded.

Reason:

Triggers in both template have same uuid: b299d73cebcd430c8bfc54cf9b84e853
