      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Set trigger name with polish charackters like TEST PL ą, ć, ę, ł, ń, ó, ś, ź, ż.
      2. In dashboard add widget problems
      3. When the trigger is triggered the widget shows the text with the wrong encoding

      Correct character encoding on fired triggers in widget "Problems"
