      Steps to reproduce:

       

      1. Try install windows zabbix agent 2
      2. In installation process see error: in first try installer remove old zabbix agent

      Any retry installation failed with same error...

      Result:
      If in agent folder manual create folders zabbix_agent2.d\plugins.d - instalation success
      Expected:
