Steps to reproduce:

1. Create item with Type SSH agent.
2. set authentication method to - Public key.
3. Fill Username and Password fields.
   
4. Save item.
5. Open created item again.

Result:
Another username and password fields appeared.

Expected:
Only one User name and password should exist.
