Modal Scripts window does not open from host inventory page

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Open any hosts inventory page. For example default host: Zabbix server (.../hostinventories.php?hostid=10084)
      2. Try click on Host link

      Result:

      • Modal not opened.
      • In browser console error message


      Expected:

      Modal windows  with Host properties
