unable to monitor all assigned dynamic IP's on client running agents

      Centos 7 with mysql

      I'm trying to monitor all the existing allocated IP addresses from each server running the Zabbix agent. I could able to capture the allocated IP address but was unable to fetch the status of all the IPs apart from one IP on which the agent is talking to the Zabbix server.

       

      Please assist.
