Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Monitoring->Hosts/Problems or starting from 6.0 - Latest data page.
2. Create a lot of filters with long name.
3. Try to switch filter tab order with drag-and-drop. 
4. Move filter to the right side as far as you can.

Result:

Expected:
Filter tab moved to the last position in the filter list.
