Trigger hangs in problem state after removing network interface or bond.

Steps to reproduce:

An example of a virtual machine (in the cloud):
1. Create a vm and attach 2 network interfaces.
2. Assign the Linux by Zabbix agent template to the host and wait until all network interfaces are discavered
3. ip li set down on the test interface and wait for zabbix to report a problem.
4. Detach test interface
