Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to Monitoring -> Dashboard
2. Create a new Dashboard
3. Add a widget "Item Value"
4. Choose an Item which will not change in time
5. Just be sure to monitor if "Change indicator" is checked
6. Click "Add button" to confirm and save changes
7. Click on screen element...

Result:

I saw that a particular div is missing when Last value of item doesn't rise or decrease.

A screenshot with a red rectangle will underline the div I am speaking about (Image3).

Expected:
A "double arrow" is showed after item's value.
