      Steps to reproduce:

      We upgrade Zabbix 

      •  From: CentOS 7 + PG12  +TSDB 1 + Zabbix 5.0.3 
      •  To: OL8 + PG13 + TSDB 2 + Zabbix 6.0.1 

      The DB Upgrade was successful but Zabbix can't start and hang with a crash.

      Result:
