Why does severity become Unknown?

      We specified "Success Audit" for severity.
      In this case, Severity of the log that ZABBIX acquired is sure to become only "Success Audit".
      However, the result of our expectation was not obtained.

      Why does severity become Unknown?
      Severity should be "Success Audit".
