Item with "do not keep history" doesn't change its status from unsupported to normal

      docker ubuntu-6.0.1

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Pickup any item - in this case they are from MSSQL by ODBC template
      2. Make them unsupported - change odbc.ini or upgrade mssql-odbc package so libmsodbcsql cannot be found by proxy or server
      3. Wait till items became unsupported (screen1)
      4. Fix odbc.ini
      5. Make sure that items are working again by testing or execute them now (screen2)
      6. Status has not changed (screen1 again)

      Notes:

      However dependent items (in this particular case) are getting new values. The problem is outdated status
