Problem widget - action popover stuck and won't close

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Navigate to problem widget and show Actions popover by hovering mouse
      2. Wait for some time (presumably until the widget refreshes itself)

      Result:
      There is no way to close popover.

      See attached video.
      Expected:
      Popover must dissapear once the pointer moves away.
