It is possible to import template from hosts section if the template already exists on Zabbix server.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Export any template
2. Append it if needed
3. Go to Configuration>Hosts and try to import the template

Result:
Template successfully imported.

Expected:
Template import fails as templates can be only imported from Configuration>Templates section.
