Table headers are missing in Columns field in Top hosts widget configuration form if no columns are selected

      Problem description: Headers are missing in Columns field in Top hosts widget configuration form in case if no columns are selected.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Open any dashboard in edit mode
      2. Press "Add widget" button
      3. Set widget type to "Top hosts"
      4. Check "Column" field

      Result: There are no table headers in "Columns" field, only the Add button is displayed. Table headers appear only after a column is added.
      Expected: Table headers should be displayed in the columns field even if no columns are selected.
