When working in standalone mode server must not discover HA nodes

      Node discovery exposes contents of ha_node table. This means when working in standalone node server will discover one node without a name (which is how standalone node registry works).

      When working in standalone mode server must return empty HA node lld array - there are no HA nodes in standalone mode.
