Problem description: Missing documentation link in Dashboard sharing popup form. Also missing corresponding section in Zabbix documentation page.{}

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Monitoring -> Dashboards open Dashboard sharing form

Result:
there is no documentation icon in the top right corner of the form
Expected:
documentation help icon linked to Dashboard sharing documentation should be present
