Steps to reproduce:

1. Put a UserParameterDir like
   UserParameterDir=c:\Program Files\Zabbix Agent 2\scripts
2. Define a UserParameter like
   UserParameter=my.key,dir
3. Ask for my.key
   zabbix_agentt2 -c PATH_TO_CONF -t my.key

Result:{}

windows cannot execute command : fork/exec ...

The frontend reports a can not find cmd.exe in the directory especified in UserParameterDir

The directory content

 

Everything runs well if we delete de UserParameterDir configuration
