When Zabbix sends events to Datadog it is not respecting time zone settings as expected.  I can't get the time in the message to behave the same way as the timestamp that comes through with the event when the event is sent to datadog.

The worst part is I'm not 100% sure that it's broken, it's just not behaving the way I'd expect.  Is this normal behavior from the system or have I done something wrong?  I'd like it to display the body timestamp and the event timestamp both in America/Chicago (UTC-5/6)

I've attached my config files and the testing I've done with different iterations of the GUI and User who is called for notifications after I upgraded to 6.0.3 to gain this functionality.  I was previously on 5.0.
