The default Windows template excludes various services from being monitored, but wuauserv seems to be included still (https://git.zabbix.com/projects/ZBX/repos/zabbix/browse/templates/os/windows_agent_active/template_os_windows_agent_active.xml?at=release/5.0).

Users are seeing flapping alerts about it, although updates are being installed. Suspicion is that it might be one of those weird on-off services like BITS.

Should wuauserv also be excluded in the default templates?
