Problem description:  Not possible to delete a service from service configuration form - the following console error is observed:

 zabbix.php?action=service.list.edit:155 Uncaught ReferenceError: options is not defined
    at HTMLDivElement.<anonymous> (zabbix.php?action=service.list.edit:155:21)
    at <anonymous>:463:20

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Services => Services view in edit mode
2. Create a service
3. Open configuration form of this service
4. Press "Delete" button and submit the Alert

Result: the overlay dialog is still opened, loader elements show that something is being processed.
Expected: dialog should be closed. Service should be deleted.
