Steps to reproduce:
1. Stop "Windows Error Reporting Service"
2. Start "Zabbix agent"
3. Stop "Zabbix agent"

Result:
Popup message "Error 109: The pipe has been ended."

• No messages will be output to zabbix_agentd.log.
• No important messages are output to the event log.

Confirmed the issue on Windows 2019 and Windows 2012.
No issues were observed on Windows 10.
