I've done the integration Opsgenie to Zabbix with the plugin API

however our zabbix will not post the alerts to opsgenie, we retrieve this error -> sh: 1: cannot create /var/log/opsgenie/zabbix2opsgenie.log: Permission denied

Using the command provided in the documentation  "/ home / opsgenie / oec / opsgenie-zabbix / send2opsgenie -triggerName = 'zabbix test alert' -triggerStatus = 'PROBLEM'"

I see the alert in Opsgenie, so the implementation is correct. however the user does not have permission to write to the above file. Settings are correct and the user appears in both the zabbix frontend and on the zabbix server. 

We have the opsgenie webhook in place but this does not close the alert in opsgenie, when the alert is resolved in zabbix.
