Steps to reproduce:

1. Edit dashboard
2. Add new widget
3. Select widget "Discovery status"
4. Select widget Clock
5. Change time type

Result:
Clock widget overlay dialog is jumping when change time type or change widget type to Clock
Expected:
The overlay dialog loads normally, as it does for other types of widgets
