Steps to reproduce:

1. Add macro {$TEST} => test to host
2. Create LLD and Host protoype
3. Open host prototype Inherited macros

Result:
Missing column name "parent host value" and broken layout

Expected:
Exist column name "Parent host value" (screenshot from 5.0 version)
