When logging into dashboard graphs are not displaying the hove rover statistics.

1. log into zabbix UI
2. dashboard
3. select configured dashboard
4. look at graph
5. move mouse over any graph to see stats (no stats displayed)

prior to upgrade zabbix 5.4 hover over stats where working as expected.
