Allow separate Y Axis min|max value for [left] & [right] y-axis-side

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Go to Configuration -> Templates -> Interfaces SNMP -> Discovery Rules -> Graph Prototype
      2. Edit [Interface \{#IFNAME}(\{#IFALIAS}): Network traffic]
      3. Different y-axis side for items can be selected left / right
      4. However min/max y-axis values cannot be separately configured for left / right
