Steps to reproduce:

1. Install Zabbix, create read only user with ability to write to 'sessions,auditlog,users,profiles' tables
2. try to change something in different places

Second string - "something happened". What to do next?

Expected:
This error info type was added in: ZBX-11887 and for different purposes, for a scheduled report with SQL error, this is not suitable and confuses instead of providing helpful information.

Please avoid such uncertain errors for known issues like permission deny, this is incorrect.
