      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Install Zabbix Server on Red Hat 9 from sources (packages are not provided)
      2. try to use DES for SNMPv3 Privacy protocol or SHA-1 for Authentication protocol

      Result:
      Not supported items

      Expected:
      DES not usable at all, SHA-1 can be enabled, but not recommended.
