Need to add check for checking item values for "out of range" errors also for the MySQL DB in order "out of range" errors do not appear.

      Need to add check for checking item values for "out of range" errors also for the MySQL DB in order "out of range" errors do not appear.
      At this moment it is implemented for Oracle, PostgreSQL and SQLite.
