Steps to reproduce:

1. Restart machine
2. Zabbix server starts but does not run (see zabbix_issue and zabbix_server.log)
3. systemctl restart starts zabbix properly again

Remediation

Disabling VMware collectors allows it to start as expected

see zabbix_expected

Additional Information
Installed from source. Upgrade from 6.0.2 to 6.0.4 did not resolve this issue.
