On the Problems screen, click on the host then go to its inventory (i.e. https://zabbix.mydomain.com/hostinventories.php?hostid=11771 ). 

The link at the bottom to access the Host configuration apparently calls some javascript, but nothing happens when you click on it. 

I have to click on Items, then click on the hostname (which brings up the popup for the host settings).
