Undefined offset when add trigger prototype dependencies

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Create host TEST, add item and trigger
      2. Open template which linked to another host
        (for example, template "Zabbix server health" linked to host "Zabbix server")
      3. Open trigger prototype on template and select tab dependencies
      4. Add trigger from host TEST and save

      Result:

      Undefined offset: 22673 [trigger_prototypes.php:355 → CApiWrapper->__call() → CFrontendApiWrapper->callMethod() → CApiWrapper->callMethod() → CFrontendApiWrapper->callClientMethod() → CLocalApiClient->callMethod() → CTriggerPrototype->update() → CTriggerGeneral::updateDependencies() → CTriggerGeneral::inheritDependencies() in include/classes/api/services/CTriggerGeneral.php:3128]
