Steps to reproduce:

1. Create Template

1. 1. Add Macros
   2. Create Item
   3. Create Discovery Rule
      1. Create Host Protoype
         1. Confirm Inherited macros show all macros from step 1.1 + global macros.
2. Create host

1. 1. Apply template
2. Navigate to <Host> → Discovery Rules → Host Prototypes → <host prototype> → Macros

Result:

Only Global macro {$SNMP_COMMUNITY} exists.

Expected:

Inherited macros created on the template (step 1.1) also to exist.

More troubleshooting:

• Server was originally 6.0.3. Upgraded to 6.0.5 and problem persisted.
• Reboot the server
• I confirmed the issue was not simply cosmetic.
