Failed to parse time string error when graph item is unixtime and no data

      Adding item with displaying value - Time, error appears.

      Steps to reproduce:
      1) Create graph widget.
      2) add host.
      3) Add item - System local time or System boot time. (item should be - no data)

      Result:

      Expected:
      No error.
