Steps to reproduce:
1) Create Dashboard.
2) Add graph widget with fiew items.
3) Turn on server and wait for some data collected.
4) Click - Edit dashboard.
5) Then click on graph, so legend appears.
6) Click and drag on dashboard and will dragging touch legend.

Result:
Add widget form appears with error - Not enough space on dashboard.

Expected:
No error. New widget added.
