Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a host to be monitored by proxy
2. On the host create an item with preprocessing returning more than 65535 characters for value
3. Use the item test button

Result:

1. Test will fail due to data being truncated
   

Expected:
Test to be successful as is when testing hosts monitored directly by the server
