net.dns in zabbix-agent2 becomes unsupported instead of returning 0

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Configure a net.dns item to point to a DNS server 192.168.10.10
      2. Kill the DNS server process on 192.168.10.10
      3. The item becomes "unsupported" with  
        Cannot fetch data: read udp 192.168.10.10:50863->192.168.10.10:53: read: connection refused.

      Expected:
      The item should return "0" according to documentation, and not become unsupported.
