The agent version is 6.04

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create the host
2. Asign standard Template IIS by zabbix agente active
3. wait for Application pools discovery LLD to run
4. Check items IIS: AppPool {#APPPOOL} state
5. Change application pool state from 3 (running) to 5 (disabled)
6. After the first 5 recovered, no more data is recovered. The item is in normal state, no errors reported
