Steps to reproduce:

1. install clean setup
2. click enable ldap with nothing configured - green dot apears

Result:

Basically this Green dots has no reliable output.

Expected:
If only one connection is configured and tested - green.
If N configured - gray in case of 1 or more not tested, with local status for each connection.
