Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a dashboard with "Plain text" widget
2. Add several items (4 for example), set Show lines - 10, and apply the changes

Result:
Widget duplicates the data to fill out all 10 displayed strings
Expected:
Only 4 lines are displayed with no duplicates
