Agent2 - cannot use LogType=system on Windows

      Agent2 documentation says "LogType=system" can be used.

      But can't use "LogType=system" in the agent2 option.
      The message below.

      C:\Program Files\Zabbix Agent 2>zabbix_agent2.exe -f -c zabbix_agent2.conf
zabbix_agent2 [12936]: ERROR: cannot initialize logger: system log is not supported on Windows

      FYI: Previously C-based agents were output to the event log with "LogType=system"
