Steps to reproduce:

1. install from docker clean setup + proxy;
2. add host monitored by Server or Proxy;
3. add Script item with parameter (to secret macro) or secret macro;
4. receive some value with secret value;
5. change macro value to the new one;
6. reload secrets and configuration cache on server, also on proxy if proxy involved
7. receive new value with old value
8. open item settings once again, chnage something, save
9. receive new value - value of secret macro changed

Result:
Secret macro value is not updated.

Expected:
Secret macro value is updated with new value set and after config/macro cache reload.
