TypeError on API tokens page

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Go to "User Settings->API tokens" or "Administration->General->API tokens"
      2. Add new token
      3. Unchek "Set expiration date and time"

      Result:
      Field "Expires at" is visible
      Expected:
      "Expires at" field is not visible if "Set expiration date and time" is not set.

      Error in console:
      VM356:17 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'parentNode')
