Agent2 HIGH CPU usage (70% per core): Oracle plugin

    Description

      Consider applying optimization for the agent2 oracle plugin.
      6.0.3 && 6.0.5 version tested. Periodically CPU grows to 70% + on oracle DB monitoring.
      First occurrence happened when user lack required permission. Currently permissions fixed but CPU consumption back to high.
      Collected data from 2 instances with agent2 oracle only monitoring using FlameGraphs:
